My name is Seth Luan. I come from a Taiwanese family and is raised in Vancouver BC, Canada. I currently reside in Japan with my lovely wife, my 5 year old son, and my 2 year old daughter.

I started my career in Japan as a (very bad) software engineer, then climbed the corporate ladder to be a technical team manager of 80 members in two world famous so-called technology companies in Japan over a 10 year span.

It was also when I started to realize, bit by bit, that corporate interests are rarely aligned for the good of the world but rather for the sake of incremental improvements to manipulate people into buying their products every year.

I also self-taught myself the skills of creating a software products to solve a world's issues and wrap them around business models with assumptions that they will be sustainable.

The next step of making the products a success, is a grinding cycle of testing the market and improving the business model to eventually hit a market fit, or to call it quits and move on to the next idea. Doing this requires time and capital.

Time I have (after working my daytime job and putting the kids to sleep), but capital I lack.

I self-fund all my software products with whatever is left after spending most of my daytime work salary to ensure my family has a good life. So testing of the market fit has been really slow.

The fund raising goal is based on calculations of resources and marketing fee that I will need to keep testing and making improvements for one year for the following products:

1. Invest your digital privacy data instead of being blindsided - a full transparent platform that allows you to invest your digital data such as cookies for us to run advertisements. We will be fully transparent where we use your data and kick back a ratio of the advertising revenue.
2. Help you achieve financial independence faster by tokenizing commercial real estate properties - by breaking down a real estate investment into millions of ownership tokens, anyone with any kind of budget can invest in high return assets.
