Beckett House Fire Fund

Hello,    We are Steve and Verlois Beckett.I am 65 and disabled,my wife of 45 years works a minimum wage job.On Febuary 24th of this year our home of 25 years was destroyed by fire.We had no insurance due to the fact that after all those years of paying insurance payments,the in surance companies changed rates,classifcation and other things.Our insurance premiums went from $868.00 to over $3200.00 a year.We simply could not afford this and let coverage expire about eight months before the fire.The house and contents were a total loss.    We would like to build a modest two bedroom,two bath home on the existing hose slab,however we do not have the funds to even buy the framing lumber.At our age and physical and financial condition we simply can not do this ourselfs.We have never ask for help before,but now we feel we have no choise but to reach out to others for help.    Thank you for reading a little about our situation, no gift is too small to be of help.    May God bless all who can and those who can not help us with our problem.Any funds we may recieve above our needs will be donated to others in need.
