Dearest family, classmates and friends,

I hope you're having a good day so far. I'm reaching out to you because we have Meroz Montebon as a mutual friend, and I wanted to share my story with you about her. She's one my closest friends my college and one that you can call a sister from another mother. Going to back to our college days, I coundn't help it but smile for we didn't just survive it, we've lived our lives to the fullest together with you all in that journey. Ever since then I've known her to be a friend that not just stick with you through the happy times but also through the bad times. Now, she needs our little help in her battle to surviving Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in Flare with Lupus Nephritis and Serositis, acute kidney injury on top of chronic kidney disease and gallstone pancreatitis. In short, she needs our help. She's undergoing chemo therapy right now and needs a dialysis 3x a week. I can't do much on my own that's why I'm asking for your help.
