Emma is one of my close friends on Facebook. She adopted Beau from Brambleberry Greyhound Rescue not so long ago. Beau was a lovely handsome boy who was full of life until Saturday 27th April 2013. During one of his very bouncy and fun packed walks he took a huge stumble, broke a leg and fell down a steep embankment. He was rushed to the nearest open vet practice for treatment. On the 30th April Beau was in surgery to plate his leg but he took a severe reaction to the anaesthetic and sadly passed away. Beau was ONLY 3 years old!
Emma's son Luke wrote this :
"I am sorry to say that we lost our 3 year old greyhound today due to an allergic reaction with anaesthetic when he was having his broken leg mended. He made more of an impression then any other dog we have owned on me. He was truly a regal little chap and I think everyone of my friends who met him would agree. I will miss him profoundly. RIP Beau X"
Not ONLY has she and her family, lost a best friend they are now left with a HUGE vet bill. So I am trying to help them the best way I can by trying to raise funds to help pay this bill. My target is £3000 but any contributions would be most welcome however large or small.
Please help all you can.... Thank You !
Rest in Peace Beau ♥
