Campaign Story
In May 17th 2019 my husband, Franzisko Werner Josef V. Lefebre was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Now, the doctor advised us to get him in to the 1st session of chemotherapy and induction which will take a month. The cost of this treatment alone is up to 1 MILLION Pesos aside from setting up fundraising events we will also approach our government offices fo seek financial assistance. If the chemo won't work the next option will be stem cell treatment which will cost another million and if it still won't work the last option will be the bone marrow transplant which again, will cost millions. Still, I would never pray or hope for him to go through the 2nd and 3rd. I have faith that chemotherapy will make the leukemia go away.
My husband has been an orphan since 14 yrs old and has no one apart from me, his friends and my family. This disease will cost us a fortune and we're not financially stable to support his treatment. But by the help of God, family, friends and kind-hearted people in every part of the world, we might be able survive and overcome this struggle.
We will fight! Not only to survive but to prove that nothing is impossible and that miracles do happen.
