Good day, friends.

I am Mark Bryan Cruz, 20 years old, and i was diagnosed with Spinal Arteriovenous Malformation this March 2021. This rare illness hinders my mobility and makes performing even ordinary things a big challenge everyday. I also am not able to walk for quite some time now and if not treated earlier, may permanently disable me for the rest of my life.

Today, I would like to approach you and humbly ask for your help so I can undergo the needed surgery as early as possible. I really look forward to the day when I can again get back to what I used to be. And yes, I will keep fighting til that day.

But this would be such a costly operation, and we honestly are not capable of paying the expenses. So friends, I really appreciate any help you can give and I sincerely am grateful to all those who have been there to support me.
