Be Part of My Dream Firm

Hello everyone, thank you for taking the time to read through my ambitions and project. I am a California State University graduate. I graduated last December and had to travel back to UAE where my family is staying as I was an international student in the US. Since then I have been applying for many jobs regarding any marketing position but with the current situation of COVID-19, many companies and institutions are downsizing and not accepting new applications. I have been doing campaigns and business plans for small and med-level companies to be able to fund myself living here. Moreover, many companies are required to deal with established and licensed marketing agencies and marketing firms which makes generating leads for me a little bit tough. That is the reason I thought about opening my own marketing firm with ambitions to become one of the leading firms in the Middle East and even world wide along the run. I have always had the skills and vision of an entrepreneur and not finding a job at the current time actually made me think more about taking this step earlier after gaining experience through setting up campaigns for companies and stores in different industries. Opening my own business has always been a goal for me to be able to help create job opportunities, help companies and industries thrive, and generate good income for myself. In order to start the firm I am required to have a capital to be able to establish the institution on a firm floor. The expenses include renting an office place for the first year, having salaries for the first six months, licensing, paying bills for the first six months and promoting the firm on a well standard. The vision of the business is to become one of the leading Marketing Firms in the Middle East with objectives that include providing clients with a variety of business solutions and campaigns to increase leads, to create an inclusive and empowering work environment for employees, and two apply successful marketing and advertising strategies to establish a strong brand image in the Middle East. The business’s mission is to offer both middle eastern companies as well as international companies a satisfying experience by offering its clients quality plans and solutions from different cultural backgrounds. Offering a diverse range of solutions, market analysis, and advertising campaigns will provide a rewarding revenue for the firm. As we all know, great people are people who give back. Therefore, I am dedicated to donating 5-10% of the firm’s yearly revenue for different causes including fighting hunger in African countries. The act of kindness generates out of my belief that we can create a better world by helping each other. Finally, in order for me to start such a business and pursue my goal I am looking to finance the business through personal savings and a fundraiser campaign.
