Our Dad (Cesar Cortes), as testified by many, is a good man who loved helping people. He had many opportunities to migrate abroad but chose to stay in the Philippines to serve the country and help farmers' cooperatives. In fact, we are surprised by how many people are reaching out to us saying how Dad made an impact into their lives.

We are raising money for our Dad's healing and recovery. He suffered from stroke at the beginning of January 2023 and stayed a week in the hospital. However, after a few days of home recovery, he began urinating blood so we decided to have him admitted again. He has had complications due to low platelet count and this is what's causing the bleeding. And because of the bleeding, they had to stop his stroke medications. However, this caused a second stroke and this made him deteriorate quickly. He has been in the ICU since the end of January. But because of FAITH and PRAYERS, he is fighting. He even opens his eyes every time we pray and lay hands over him. Your generosity will help us cover the hospital bills. The road to recovery maybe long and slow but one thing is clear - he still has a purpose here on earth that's why JESUS is still keeping him alive. He is not only a good person to others, but he is the best Dad and 'Nonno' to his grandchildren.
