Be fruitful & multiple says God help me fulfil this commandment with IVF

I’m a 25 year old whose been married 4 years. I have blocked fallopian tubes and hydrosalpinx (a toxic fluid) I cannot fall pregnant naturally I’ve spend close to R250 000 on fertility clinics and procedures. I no longer have any means of getting money and my marriage is strained heavily by this. All we want is to hold our own baby as God said be fruitful and multiple.

I’ve been called barren by people close to me. I’ve been told not everyone deserves a baby, I’ve been told your young just wait and see, I’ve been told just get a surrogate like that’s a cheaper and easier option, I've been told maybe God doesn’t want you to have a baby. I’ve been told I may not be woman enough why can’t I just get pregnant.

Please help me save my marriage and my heart. I don’t want to loose my husband as having a baby is his one true desire. I’d die if he had a baby with someone else.
