Be Emma’s Hero Round 3

My mom was able to overcome the crucial first year of being a dialysis patient. It has been a year when my mom started her battle. Through her ordeal, she has remained positive and strong... even most of the the times she is hurting... remained hopeful and in high spirit... a testament of how unconditional her love for us is...

Sadly though for the past weeks, she has been coming home very drained and not her usual tired but still upbeat disposition. Her high blood pressure is going up and down quite often. The the frequency of her blood transfusion (she has been requiring one to three bags) and the slow improvement of her condition have concerned her doctor and has reiterated the urgency of biopsy together with dilation and curettage (on top of her weekly sessions, lab tests, and medications). This is to attempt to alleviate whatever she is ailing and resolve it immediately (with confinement and further procedures).

Given the our limited resources, sustaining the sessions and procedures are draining and really overwhelming. But because of the support we have been so blessed with, we are able to push forward. We know the battle is far from over... and continuously intensifies... but through the selfless efforts her heroes, we remain positive. She is fighting with all her might...

Thus, we are again humbly asking for your continued support by being continuing being her hero. Any amount will be greatly appreciated. She would love to continue being a doting mother and grandmother and cook meals for the family. Please help us giver her more time to enjoy life. She deserves it very much.
