What does it do?

Be Conteur is a storytelling platform where users can share stories, articles and their creative works like poems etc. They can follow other users also and they can write paragraphs in other stories also. There was always a need of a storytelling platform because there are a lot of websites out there which cover only stories of success and all but there is a need of a platform where people can share everything including the mistakes they made in their life, so that readers don't repeat that mistake.

Why do we need it?

Simply because this app is awesome. Yes I would say that first install it and you’ll fall in love with this app. People can unleash their inner Storyteller and anyone can share their life story. There isn’t any word limit and all. Who is it for? This app is for everyone because everyone is a storyteller and conteur means storyteller. This app can also be used as a blogging platform..

What makes it stand out from the crowd?

I don’t know if there are any apps which let people to share their stories. My app has a very handsome looking UI and it features a WYSIWYG editor for writing stories and articles.

What’s next?

I have a lot of plans for this app. The first thing I would do is I will add a recommendation system for the explore page of the app using machine learning.

Overview

Need funds to create Be Conteur's iOS page and add a machine learning based recommendation system and for its infrastructure. Once created Be Conteur will be world's first mobile based blogging system. Users can simply choose their membership and then they can get their blog up and running within seconds, they will be able to earn money with their blog without using things like Adsense what they would need to do is just find awesome stories to share. Everything will be managed by us.

Myself Yuvraj Singh, a student whose passion is computer science and entrepreneurship. I'm the founder of Be Conteur and I'm in the way of making it the world's first mobile based blogging platform which means users won't need to have a laptop in their hands to write an awesome blog post, they can write a post and even manage their blog using their mobile. That doesn't mean it'll not have a handsome looking website, it will also have a very handsome looking website where the can do the same things. I've created its website and Android app and it needs to be published, I'm planning to host it on AWS, that's why I'm raising funds for this service.

The Impact

Be Conteur will make a huge difference in the lives if people. Really!! huh. Yes, It'll make because we all have a lot of stories in our mind and we'll know that everyone is not a blogger but everyone is a storyteller and Be Conteur means Be a Storyteller(Conteur is a French word which means Storyteller). What if all the storytellers in this world got a platform where they can connect with each other, follow each other and write their stories, create their blog in just some seconds. There is something called Wordpress VIP but that is super expensive but Be Conteur will provide more features than Wordpress VIP with a very cheap price. We'll offer a free plan where users will be able to write normal articles and follow other authors, the second plan will cost just $3 per month where users will be getting a blog and they can attach their own domain also to that blog and our most expensive plan would be of $15 per month where users will be getting a free domain, SSL certificate and multiple authors will be able to write on their blog. For earning money with Be Conteur, they can do that with our free plan also.

Risks & Challenges

There is one biggest challenge that is competition, we'll compete with Wordpress VIP and Medium. But only two are there and also we are offering more features than them for a very reasonable price.
