BASIX is a lifestyle brand specialising in quality living essentials that enables anyone of all ages and sizes to look good and feel confident at an affordable price.

WHY BASIX?

The past year has shown just how much demand there is for luxury essentials at an affordable price point. We make it possible by utilising a pre-order e-commerce model that cuts down on middlemen and markups.

The world needs less wastage. Higher quality essential wear that are less likely to wear down. We believe in timeless essentials that will last you for years to come, both in quality and in style. We don't invest in hype; instead, we're invested in our planet's future.

OUR PRODUCTS

We’ve traveled far and wide to find the world’s best manufacturers. We partner exclusively with top-of-the-line factories that have decades of experience producing for several major, high-end clothing brand.

We maintain the support of our fan-base by being transparent throughout every step of the process. We make it a point to publish the true cost of our products so customers know what they are paying for.

Our product range will include essentials wears that cater from business, leisure to sports.

REWARDS

To back our project, select a reward from the menu on the right. Once the funding campaign is complete, we will contact all donors for color and size selection.

PRODUCTIONS TIMELINE

All of our suppliers are lined up and ready to go. As soon as the campaign ends we'll place orders for all of the materials needed to make this happen. It's a tight timeline, but assuming everything goes smoothly your first shirt/dress will be shipped!

RISKS AND CHALLENGES

This is our first crowdfunding campaign and even though we have gone through our share of manufacturing challenges, we believe we've finally streamlined the process to reduce the risk of delays. The materials are already being selected and we've locked down manufacturing and shipping dates. However, circumstances beyond our control (like the coronavirus spreading) could potentially delay shipping dates.

We have our manufacturers lined up and ready to go. We know what we're doing and you should be confident that we will deliver what we promise when we say we will.

We have dealt with our fair share of manufacturing hiccups and always deal with them in a transparent and responsible way to keep our customers not just happy with their products but also proud to support us. Should any issues come up, you can be confident we will handle them with transparency and the utmost care for you, our backers.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Due to this being a "fundraiser" for production and development of our company, there will be no refunds issued for any of our pre-order purchased products. However, we will be more than happy to exchange any products received for different sizes or colors to ensure satisfaction with funding our project. For future business we plan for a refund and exchange policy to be implemented to provide consumers with comfortability when shopping at our BASIX apparels.

We've sourced the world to find the most advanced fabrics science can offer that don't skimp on fashion, we already have our first design in place and supply chain secured. But we need your help to make our first large-scale production of the BASIX High-end, Affordable essential Wear - a reality.
