Bare Bears Beauty

Bare bear was a Rottweiler that my husband and I rescued.  When we got her, she was 6 months old, but only about 6 week old size.  She had no hair on her, covered in sores from the other dogs biting her, bloated out with worms, and as scared of humans as she could possibly be.  We caught her, took her inside, and let her do what she wanted for the first few days.  The only human contact she had up until this point was cruelty, so we didn't push her and let her come to us.  We would put food out every day, so she could eat and eventually she came up to us and started to trust us.  We didn't know if she would make it or not, but we weren't going to give up on her.  We had to give her medicated baths and all to help with the sores and had to give her worm treatments and such.  Her hair finally started growing and she started liking us and staying with us.  She became the best dog in the world.  She was smaller than most Rottweilers because her growth was stunted from all the abuse she endured, but she was finally happy and knew what good owners were.

Because of Bare Bear and the impact she had on my life, I am raising money to help save these dogs from people who abuse them and fight them.  I want to give them the chance that Bare Bear was given.  I have family land that I want to build kennels on.  I want to take the dogs and access them to see if they are capable of being basically reprogrammed to be good dogs, like my Bare Bear was.  If they can't, they will live their lives out on the land.  I will have a no kill facility, and every dog will have a home with me.  I will take the animals that can be retrained and find them a proper home.  I will keep up with the animal for at least a year after they are adopted to make sure the animal is being properly cared for.  I will also offer time to possibly train the possible owners on how to properly deal with their new animals while they are getting to know each other, so the animal will grow to love the owner, and not fear him.

I know this is a lot of things to want to do, but it is so worth the effort if the dogs can turn out like my Bare Bear did.  Please help these beautiful creatures to have the chance to know what a good life  can be like, to know what it is to be loved, to be cared for, to live.

If there are any questions you have, or if you would like to get in touch with me for any reason, you can contact me right now at [email protected].  This is only temporary until I can raise enough money to buy a domain.  Thank you so much for any and all help provided!!!

Still no support, money, or emails from anyone for this very needed cause.  These animals don't deserve the treatment they are receiving from these vicious and vile humans if you can call them that.  They actually take these dogs, tie them to a post in the yard and beat them. . . . .

As of today, I still have no backers for this charity that is so needed for these beautiful wonderful animals that are called Rottweilers and Pitbulls.  They have received such a bad rep because of people abusing them and mistreating them that who could really blame them for fighting back. . . . .

As of today, I have had no donations to my charity cause, but I am not giving up.  I really am trying to do something good for these Rottweilers and Pitbulls that have been done so wrong all their lives.  But I can't do it alone.  I need your help. . . . .
