Hi. My Name is Baran

I am a 19 year old girl and I live in Toronto. I identify as bisexual and my country of origin which is iran is not safe for me and I am in danger of death sentence by the government of Iran due to my sexuality. So I made a refugee claim in Canada and because of COVID-19 my whole process has been delayed . Fortunately I have healthcare coverage, but I'm unable to work or study in Canada until I receive a work/study permit and I've been following up with immigration and my work permit comes when I complete an interview with them. I want to study politics at Ryerson University and go to law school when I get my degree. Currently, I need money to support my rent and expenses until my work permit comes and I send some money to my parents in Iran. I really appreciate if anyone helps me out during these hard times. I have no family members in Canada and I live with two other roommates in a house. Thank you all for your support. I am an ambitious young woman and I'm sure things are going to change.
