Bangs’ Baby Shower

Babies are expensive! Can you spare a dollar or more?

As you all know, I've got a high risk pregnancy and am unable to work my normal job. So, I'm trying the work from home approach,  but it isn't providing me with the steady income I am used to receiving. My husband, US Navy Veteran, Shay, works full time and goes to school full time. We barely make enough to get by, and we need to be making enough to save up and provide for the new addition that is on the way. Not only are we needing to be able to prepare to provide for our larger family, but we are hoping to relocate next summer so we can be closer to family, have a support system nearby, and hopefully buy a newer and dependable family car. Without our normal income it makes it really difficult to be able to save money to make all of that possible.

A lot of people are able to turn to their parents for financial help, but Shay and I can't because our parents are no longer with us. That's right, no grandparents for our children...however, we do still have 2 amazing ladies that our children are lucky to call Great-grandmother and they also have a very supportive Great-aunt and uncle, but they are all on a fixed income and we don't want to and really can't burden our family for financial help. So, if we can get a little help from our friends that would be amazing! Even the smallest donation from all of our friends would make such a huge difference!

So many of our friends and family are scattered across the country and I doubt many of you will be able to come to San Antonio for the actual baby shower. So, I figured that a virtual baby shower/fundraiser was an appropriate way to remedy that. If you absolutely know that you can't physically be at our upcoming baby shower on January 24th, but would like to contribute, we'd really appreciate any donations to make this a less stressful transition from a family of 3 to a family of 4.
