I'm a veterinary technician student and an owner of 3 wonderful dogs. Balto a husky whom I rescued from a neglectful house about 2 years ago. He was kept in a cement cage for the first year of his life which resulted in him having social awkwardness with other dogs and people. But now he walks two times a day, have plenty of space to walk and play and gets endless amounts of love and attention. He have a great and playful personality and is a excellent exercise partner.

Dingo the short legged street dog. He was abandoned in my street about 2 years ago and he was extremely weary and shy. But with patience and love he opened up to me. He is a sweet and gentle dog who loves to gift you with leafs and twigs, he will also hold your pencils and straws and happily carry them around. He greets me every day when I arrive from university and gently grab my pants so I wont leave him. He recently was attacked by three of the neighbors aggressive dogs and I wasn't able to give him the proper care he needs.

Paloma is a sweet shepherd-husky mix. She is the recent addition to my family, she was also abandoned in my street and she is the sweetest dog I’ve ever owned. She loves to be petted and she will nudge you with her head to make you continue patting her. She is great with other dogs, new people and childrens and I would love to make her my emotional support animal, yes I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety and depression. But she have vaginal infection that caused her to have a red, swollen vulva and bleeding.

I'm making this fund-raising campaign to pay for all their vet expenses, that includes: vaccines, medications, neuters, spay and emergencies. Also pay for their food, new collars, leashes, harnesses, shampoos, flea treatment, heartworm medications and ESA certificates.

I know many people will doubt my reasons but this is my last resource, I've been looking for a job for over a year and with Puerto Rico economical crisis is close to impossible for a university student with no previous job experiences. I get 70-100 dollars a month which I use for food and class supplies. I wake up everyday at 5 am to wait in the streets for a ride to the university since I do not own a car and I live up on the top of a mountain where no buses, cabs or public transportation. I live with my parents, whom have never owned pets before so they do not care or help me with my dogs, just buy them food. My moronic brother who treat my dogs badly and say things like “Ill stab your dogs” and horrible things that I've started to feel scared of their safety. I will continue to seek for a job to be able to move with my furry family. I will also continue to study to become a veterinarian and help as many pets as I possible can.

Your donations will change both my life and their lives forever. We will forever be grateful for your contributions to their care and well being. Sincerely, Thank you.
