Help me to take Baloo out of Vietnam

1. It's a known fact that they eat dogs in Vietnam and many other countries in Asia. I am volunteering in a house where they have a 4 months old puppy. Thing is, they don't like dogs and they clearly hate Baloo (don't ask me why they got him), and they asked me if I didn't want to bring him to Brazil (my country), which I promptly said yes! But things just couldn't be so easy: they were expecting me to pay for all the expenses (over 11 millions vietnamese dong or almost u$500), by myself. My volunteering period has finished, and the volunteer who was supposed to replace me stayed for 3 days and left saying this was not exactly what he was expecting (we teach English for kids and adults, which I recently found out, are not underprivileged, as mentioned on their website, and all -dozens- of classes we teach are paid, and are not cheap) (oh, and did I mention the owner owns more than 7 centers? Ok, so you can assume he has good money, to say the least)... I am a (very) low budget volunteer and I just couldn't leave them in that situation, and I definitely didn't want to leave Baloo behind. So they asked me if I could stay for another week, and I said Yes immediately. At that same night, the owner called me again with a proposal: I would stay for another 40 days and he would pay for the entire process of bringing Baloo to Brazil. I immediately canceled my next volunteering and so, Baloo & me took a 4hours bus trip until the capital Hanoi, and 2 motorbikes ride (poor Baloo, I couldn't imagine a more stressful trip for a dog) until the vet, as there is no vet here...... He (owner) asked his friend to pay for all vaccination and passport. After another long (and more stressful) trip back to our province of Tuyen Quang, I asked him about the flight ticket, as dogs need a 30 days quarantine after taking rabbies vaccine to be allowed to fly, and his answer was: I offered to pay for his vaccine and passport (which was around $60), the flight will be under your own expense. I just couldn't think anymore about anything, I went desperate, couldn't sleep, and after looong hours crying, I decided to create this campaign, for you guys are the only ones who might be willing to help me... I feel cheated by the owner of the center and I don't even know how I will go back home, as I spent most of my saved money with the bus/bike rides to and from the vet and with food for Baloo yesterday. So I would like to ask, please, help me to take Baloo out of this house, to my house in Brazil.... He will have dogs to play with, decent food to eat (not leftovers as the owners feed him, even though I always steal some fresh food for him when there's nobody around) and will be loved, which is the most important... There are so many other issues about this that I've been through for Baloo, but I tried my best to make this story short, I should mentioned though, they have already tried to send Baloo away to some 'friend's house', which they couldn't explain exactly who this friend was (and I was told by a local that when parents use the 'friend's house' excuse to their kids, it means literally killing & eating.........), so I did not allow, there was a big fight etc.. So please help me, I can't leave Baloo here but I just can't afford the expenses by myself.... I just don't have the money....
