Bala’s cataract surgery

Bala was born in 2010 and like many pugs she was born with a genetic disposition to eye cataracts.

A cataract is a clouding of the lens inside the eye, causing vision loss that cannot be corrected with glasses, contact lenses or corneal refractive surgery.

Modern cataract surgery usually can restore vision lost to cataracts, however in México the cataract surgery for both eyes can be very expensive and I haven’t been able to pay for the surgery myself that’s why I am asking for your help so that she can have a normal life again.

We need $700 USD for the surgery, any donation will be really appreciated and you would be changing the life of my best friend as she is now bumping into things :(
