You'll recall that I wrote to you during the winter holiday break about a fundraising campaign to the schoolchildren in Myanmar that your sons and daughters worked with during the Experience Week trip in November. The school is lacking a water system to bring fresh drinking water to the school for the children and teachers. For a total of
US$ 2,500, the school can install a system to bring water from the nearby river to the school, filter it, and keep it in a holding tank (already in place from a previous CDNIS effort) so that the children can enjoy drinking water, saving the school the expense of trucking in bottled water on a regular basis.

I'm hoping that the families of the students who participated in this year's EW trip to Myanmar can join together to raise the funds necessary to meet this critical need. CDNIS has been working with the Bagan elementary school for six years now, and has helped the school meeting other of its needs. Mr. Gregg Lee and I have both pledged $150 each to jump start the campaign. Please join us in making a donation of your choosing to help us support the school by providing the funding necessary to ensure a steady and much-needed source of drinking water for the schoolchildren.

Your support is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
