Badly injured and trying to go back to normal life.

Hi. My name is Saša and I am from Croatia. I work as a paramedic in our ambulance, I am also a scout leader for more then 10 years and a passionate biker.

A litle bit more then a year ago I have been badly injured by couple of trees in the forest helping my family prepare for winter.

My foot got crushed between the trees and almost all of the bones got crushed or dislodged. I had surgery and the doctors did all that was in their power,but after numerous therapies and workouts the foot is still not beter. In the mean time I broke my leg again falling of a bicycle trying to get back to shape.

All of the things I have written have had a drastic effect on my financial status because I get alot less money on sick leave then when I work and I had to pay for some examinations so I would not have to wait for a long time.

Also all the injuries will probably result in me not being able to work as a paramedic any more.

My family has been very helpful - especially my wife to be, but I just can't ask her for more than she can give me.

So I am reluctantly asking all of you for help so I can do something about my finances and possibly pay for a private expert that could do one more surgery to my foot and remove all the bone fragments that are causing me to be in alot of pain whith every step I make.
