Bad wisdom tooth extraction

I need to have a urgent wisdom tooth extraction as my left bottom wisdom tooth roots are busy growing around my nerv lining. I saw a normal dentist and he wants me to go see a specialist who will be able to do the extraction as they will be more experienced to not damage my nerv lining. As it can take a turn for its worst where it gets damaged and the whole left side of my face gets parilized. I dont have medical aid and its going to cost me around R15000 to see a private doctor who can remove it. At the moment i am strugling to eat as my whole mouth is swollen and sore and looks really bad. I do have a work but not earning a great salary where i can say i can afford the specialist costs. Please if anyone can help me out i wouls gladly appreciate it.
