Backyard Marathon Challenge – An initiative to raise funds for Land of the Living

On Wednesday the 8th of April Scott Worley, founder of the organisation Land of the Living will be taking part in the Backyard Marathon Challenge to raise funds for the organisation. He will attempt to run a marathon, 42km around the yard in one day! We invite you to be part of this initiative and adventure by donating R5 or more for every kilometer that he completes. The funds raised and generated will help towards financially supporting, during the national lockdown and beyond, youth who are part of Land of the Living's Mentorship and Entrepreneurship Training Program. These are young adults who reside in townships in East London, South Africa who have been training with and diligently serving the organisation for over a year, some longer.
