Hi Everyone!
I'm Jone and I live Bacolod City Philippines in a place where we have amazing beaches, resorts and historical sites nearby.
However, due to increasing popularity of the place, the rents are getting higher. It's summer time and it's the peak season for travelling. The hotel rates are getting higher and rooms are booked out. I now offer one room for rent but I have an extra space which I'm planning to create a backpacker's hostel to cater to budget travelers.
I hope you can help me out starting up this business.
