Campaign Story
Ex Animo needs you!
Fitness Ex Animo is our local Fitness Gym. We are an inclusive, supportive community, with fantastic coaches, like-minded WOD buddies that have become friends over time. We love to train and push ourselves. Everyone has a passion for fitness and a drive for getting that one rep max or just improving their technique and overall fitness. All milestones are celebrated.
We all know how hard this pandemic has hit small businesses and sadly the worst is still to come for South Africa. We are still in lockdown and gyms are on the no-go list. The online training and videos have been great but we can't wait to get back to our Box for some heavy lifting - even wall walks and burpees are looking enticing! Coach Bruce, we even miss your warm-ups!
Ex Animo has always been supportive of local fundraisers especially for special causes close to the hearts of our members.
It's our turn to return that favour! Let's support Ex Animo in getting through this difficult time so we have a gym to go back to when this is all over .
