First of all hello and thank you for dropping here and read about my campaign.

It is a fact that global warming is happening and some of the emissions come from our trash. I've been thinking about this for a few years now and want to do something about it. I'm not claiming that I will stop it but I believe that if each of us do a little about this we can all contribute to at least stabilise the climate a little.

I want to help out by reducing the amount of food waste, cardboard and paper that goes into our dump sites which in time turn into methane gas one of the worst greengouse gases that contribute to global warming.

How would I do this?. Well my goal is to take as much food waste coming out of stores and supermarkets as I can and turn it into compost, which will then proceed to either sell or use it to grow food. Where do the cardboard and paper come into play? Well to make compost we need a nitrogen sourse (food waste) and a carbon sourse, so instead of throwing away the carvoard and paper we can use it as the source for fertile soil.

My idea is to start small, I do not much room in my house to set up a big operation, but my parents do have a property, I just need to show them that this is viable, can help the environment and will kot be a waste of space if they let me use a small portion of their land for the greater good.

If you can help me get this money I can start making the compost tumblers to begin with so that I can show them how it works and hopefully convince them to lend a hand. Any donation you can make will be greatly appreciated.
