Who We Are Back To Africa Inc. is a non-profit organization whose mission is to reunify Africans who have been displaced in the Americas due to the Atlantic slave trade, with their true homes in Africa. Our goal is to provide them and their families all the necessary opportunities and resources, including education and skills training, that they will need to contribute to the restoring and building self-sustaining communities there. What We Do We are the first organization to offer complete relocation and transitioning assistance, for a temporary, dual-citizenship, or permanent stay. Our team desires for others to learn and experience their true history and culture, and be able to broaden their life experience to strengthen their true sense of identity. Our team is researching the regions of Africa that would be the most ideal for Americans to live in, and will help discover and create business opportunities and jobs. Due to slavery and ongoing mistreatment of African people in the Americas, almost all of our history and culture prior to that time was stripped and hidden from us. We believe that experiencing Africa and its cultures first-hand is the only true way to restore this lost connection to our homelands, our sense of unity with each other and our extended families in Africa, and our sense of pride! How Our Cause Benefits Everyone Many regions of Africa are suffering turbulent times, and have for a very long while. Another mission of our organization is relieving the poor, distressed and underprivileged in predominantely African communities in the Americas and in Africa, lessening the burdens of all their governments. Our hope is to bring forth a unified approach to common social and ecomonic problems that are plaguing African communities in the Americas and in Africa. We are actively seeking teachers, doctors, engineers, agriculturalists and volunteers to lend a hand in establishing the means to grow thriving communities throughout the region, for the betterment of all it's nations, including their relationships with other nations. We believe that in doing so, we will be improving and enriching the lives of many all over the World for generations to come. We appreciate your interest in helping us establish these opportunities!
