Back surgery for mother of 4

God doesn't give you more than you can handle, is a phase I heard a lot growing up. Well, right now I am in need of help in working through that trail.

I was involved in a severe car wreck and fractured my T12. The doctors hoped it would heal good and everything would be okay but said that I might have to have surgery. As time has passed my back has gotten worse and made it hard to care for my kids both physically and financially. Recently my back gave out and I couldn't walk or hold my 5 month old. My oldest was doing his best to help with both my 19 and 5 month old kids. I am afraid the time has come but the finances are not there. The doctors gave me some meds to help with the pain but made it harder to be awake for the kids. Please help so that I can feel better and take careof my family the way a mother needs to.
