This cute, smart, bubbly little girl badly needed help for her sweet tiny heart 
. She was born with TOF (Tetralogy of fallot)
We, her family are appealing to anyone with a good heart, tiny or
otherwise, we badly needed your help to fund our sweet Sofia's Open
Heart Surgery so that she would be given a chance to a life and one day
she too could help others with the same condition.
