Baby Zari’s battle

Baby Zari was born via ceasarian section on November 1, 2018. At 32 weeks, my water leaked and went through an early labor. She was born weighing only 1.25 kilos and 43cm long. She needs to stay in the NICU for more than a month and her incubating period is dependent on the maturity of her body.

It was a difficult pregnancy because of my condition. I have systemic lupus erythematosus which is an autoimmune disease. My early labor was also caused by my disease. We were able to save for my delivery but the medical expenses of our baby Zari is something that we need help for.

For now, her condition is stable. For the first 10 days of her life, she had undergone 4 blood transfusion because of her bleeding. The doctors are continuing to monitor her cbc and platelet, protime and some other tests which ensures that she is responding to treatment.

We can shoulder her daily needs such as antibiotics, syringes and other prescription, however because our account in the hospital is already closed, we have to pay cash for every prescription and laboratory fees that she needs. Having to pay cash everyday limits us to save for our bill by the time she is ready to go home. And for that, we are asking for your kind heart to help us save for the time that she will finally be with us

879 - isollette

605- infusion pump

We are expecting an amount of 80,000-100,000 for the doctors bill.
