Hello Friends,
My cousin and the rest of the family need our help. Her daughter baby Zaeda (2 months old) will undergo heart surgery and we are trying to raise funds for her operation. It is very costly and we need every help that we can get.
Baby Zaeda has a congenital heart disease - Tetralogy of Fallot and requires surgery as soon as possible, they are currently in Philippine Heart Center.
We hope you can help us, any amount will be appreciated. Please include my niece Baby Zaeda on your prayers as well.
