Good day everyone. I am reaching through your hearts and asking for some financial help for my baby who has down syndrome. He is only 2 months old and at a very young age he is struggling and fighting to survive. Our family is struggling to fund his medication because me and my husband doesn't have permanent work and we have 7 kids in the family. I' am really hoping for your help.
