Baby Miles fight for Spina Bifida Myelomeningocele

Update : They are home now from the hospital, she has bacterial meningitis.

I would like to help my sister who gave birth last March 6,2018 to a baby girl (Miles Lorraine) who happened to have a Spina Bifida Myelomeningocele wherein before birth, the baby's spine, the spinal cord and the spinal canal do not form or close normally.

My sister doesn't have a work and her husband has temporarily stopped working to help her in the hospital. Since she gave birth and until now they were still confine in the hospital to observe and give the baby the proper treatment that she needed.

15th of April was her first surgery, it was successful but then it goes with too many complications because of her case, she now had hydrocephalus, her head measures 41cm, The Doctor is giving her Human Albumin, she is also on oxygen because she can't get enough oxygen on her own.
The 2nd operation requires VP shunt. She has hydrocephalus and it needs to be done asap so it won't affect her brain because of excess fluids that goes through her brain. So now that they need the ventriculoperitoneal (VP) shunt tube they are required to pay for 20,000PHP for the Doctor to do the procedure asap.
I am pleading to someone who is willing to give some help for baby miles to have the 2nd surgery. Thank you in advance.
