Baby Jasmine with Congenital Heart Disease

Baby Jasmine is 6 months old with Congenital heart disease from the Philippines. She was born with Down syndrome.
She just underwent cardiac catheterization last July 28, 2021. She will be scheduled for an Open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass in 2 months. It is a high risk operation. And the cost of the operation will be 550,000 to 600,000 pesos at Philippine General Hospital.

Her mother Alamina Tan is a full time mom who takes care of her 3 kids, 8 yrs old, 4 yrs old and baby Jasmine. Alamina was a former Nurse who worked in Libya. She went back to the Philippines during the civil war in Libya.
The father Lloyd Tan is a Security officer.
