On 25/03/15, baby Evan sadly passed away from meningitis septicemia at just 4 months old. Evan was a healthy happy baby, always smiling but had suddenly become unwell and overnight, had lost the fight. Evans mum Shannon and their family are totally devastated and have so much to deal with. Shannon herself is only 17. Let's help by making the funeral costs the least of their worries & make this the special day that Evan deserves!! Any donation would be greatly received. Thanks Charlie
