Baby blue and pretty kara need spaying

Blue (Dog) and kara (cat) are both female and in need of spaying. I moved here to the philippines after living abroad for all my life, my relatives that previously lived in the house (to maintain it) moved back to their homes. But they left behind their three cats, two of which are no longer with us. My parents although not fond of cats tolerate kara and i feed her and care for her. She was very young when i first came, less than a year old, but since then shes grown a lot. She is not a house cat, in the sense that she does not always live inside, during the night she like she to spend her time outside, obviously this brought trouble because one day i found she was pregnant (one of her kittens is pictured below) . Her pregnancy was a sad one because we were not able to find homes for all 5 of her kitten and 4 of them suffered horrible deaths at the wheels of tricycles (i live on a relatively busy street) So in order to avoid this from ever happening again i would like to spay her, but i am short in finance. And she just went into another heat and is again looking to mate

Blue is a rescued puppy that we found crying on the street outside our house when she was only 3 months old, the idea was to find her owner at first. Although we did find them and they took her back, within a week later she was found on the street again seconds away from being hit by a tricycle. This time we took her in and decided to keep her until we knew what to do. When we could not find her another suitable home (and there were no shelters close by) i started caring for her, she was infested with fleas and needed daily bath treatments and had to get her medical shots. Now she is almost year old and just went through her first heat, i am against having puppies when the streets are already filled with so many abandoned dogs. Therefore i am in need of finance for her aswell
