Bear is just a baby and he is in need of a 2nd surgery to help him eat, so he can grow and become a healthy happy dog. Bear had surgery in January to repair his enlarged esophagus from folding over. That surgery was successful, however Bear is still having difficulty eating. Because he is not putting on weight and needs to grow to accomodate the large esophagus, he is still unable to eat enough without it backing up in his throat. Bear needs a peg tube (feeding tube.) to help him get the nutrients he needs to survive. All of Bears litter mates are now at the 60lb range with Bear weighing in at just 15 lbs. Please help us help Bear. Our vetting expenses over the past few months have been quite large and every dollar helps.
