Fund raising for my daughter's heart surgery.
My daughter Azriela C. Agcanas was diagnosed with Alpha-Thalassemia; Hbh Disease; Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA). She will be needing a surgery (device closure) for her heart. I am asking for any financial help for my daughter. Thank you and God bless
