A siete días de su cirugía, por fin llegaron los resultados de la biopsia y son nada alentadores. Mi niño Rocky tiene un CARCINOMA DE CÉLULAS ESCAMOSAS el cual ya invadió algo de hueso.

Este tipo de cáncer es difícil, más no imposible, que haga metástasis y por lo tanto deben comenzar a aplicarle quimio lo antes posible para tratar de retardar el crecimiento de dicho tumor y para alargar lo más que se pueda su vida.!!!

Estamos contra el suelo, porque no era lo que queríamos escuchar, y aunque la batalla aún no se ha perdido les puedo decir que mi esposo, mis hijos y yo, estamos haciendo y haremos todo lo que este en nuestras manos para darle la calidad de vida que él se merece y hasta que Dios lo permita.

Ayer, viernes 14-12-18 le aplicaron su primera quimio.

Su segunda sesión de quimio es el día 21-12-18.

Por ahora deben ser entre tres o cuatro sesiones para saber por medio de unos exámenes de sangre, radiografías y su ánimo, si esta evolucionando o no al tratamiento.

Cada sesión de quimio cuesta 200$

Una vez mas, con la mano en el corazón les pedimos a ustedes que no le suelten la pata a Rocky. El necesita ayuda para cubrir por los menos las cuatro primeras sesiones de quimio y todo lo que conlleva su cambio de dieta, la cual debe ser solo a base de proteína (carne, pollo y/o pescado) ya que no puede consumir perrarina, medicinas, controles médicos y exámenes.

P.D: sepan que Rocky se encuentra muy bien de ánimo y con unas ganas enormes de estar en su casa y con su familia.

El lunes 17-12-18 le darán de alta.
