Ayuda accidente cerebrovascular/ Stroke recovery

In December 2020 my sister suffered a stroke while doing a working holiday in Japan. The pandemic caught my sister in Japan, she had to return on June 2020, but she was unable to do so due to the value of the flights so high to the point of being impossible to afford.

My sister has a hormonal imbalance, so the doctor recommended that she take diane 35, a pill that should not be used as a contraceptive, but rather as a hormonal treatment. What we did not know is that this pill increases the risk of thrombo up to 7 times, much more than a normal contraceptive pill, so much, so that this pill is questioned in many countries due to the deaths it has caused. Sadly, we found out about this after my sister got a sudden headache on December 5, the biggest she felt in her life, she describes, she went to the doctor, but he only made fun of her for thinking she was exaggerating the pain and told her that she had to wait a week for the painkillers to work and that it was just stress. Because it was a different culture and because of language barriers, she accepted hoping it would pass soon, but it only got worse. Headache that she felt like exploding, vomiting, loud sound like someone sharpening a knife in his left ear and double vision, no longer able to hold it any longer, as he could, he went to the emergency room where they did tests, a CT, X-rays and CT with contrast, and they found that she had a massive cerebral thrombus from the right jugular, sigmoid sinus and transverse sinus, caused by the diane 35 pills, according to the doctor in the emergency room.
They were supposed to have left my sister hospitalized to be able to do the corresponding tests and find out which anticoagulant and in what dose would be the most suitable for her, but due to her financial situation they sent her back home with half the recommended dose to prevent her from having a bleed.

The days have been difficult for everyone as a family and for my sister, above all, having to face all this alone in a different country. For our part, we cannot travel to Japan because has closed borders and due to our economic situation.
Time has passed (2 months) and life in Japan is difficult and expensive, my sister's savings are already running out, she still has to pay for the emergency debt and for pills every month (and that should be for life), since she had this problem she has not been able to work, physically it is impossible for her to do many things that would be normal for us. Also the doctor has recommended that she for the moment cannot travel by plane. Because for all this that we are desperate as a family and we ask for help to be able to pay for the hospital, the controls and her medicine for the time that she cannot work and that she cannot return. Also so that when possible be able to afford the inflated tickets to be able to return home with her family

En diciembre de 2020 mi hermana sufrió un accidente cerebrovascular haciendo working holiday en Japón. La pandemia atrapó a mi hermana en Japón, ya que cuando debía de regresar en junio pasado, le fue imposible por el valor de los vuelos inflados a tal punto de ser imposible costearlos.

Mi hermana tiene desvalance hormonal, por lo que el doctor le recomendo tomar diane 35, una pastilla que no debe usarse como anticonceptivo, sino que como tratamiento hormonal. Lo que no sabíamos es que esta pastilla aumenta hasta 7 veces el riesgo de sufrir trombos, mucho más que una pastilla anticonceptiva normal, tanto así que ésta pastilla es cuestionada en muchos países por las muertes que ha causado. Tristemente nos enteramos de ésto después de que el 5 de Diciembre a mi hermana le diera un dolor súbito de cabeza, el más grande que sintió en su vida ella describe, fué al doctor, pero éste sólo se burlo de ella por pensar que exageraba el dolor y le dijo que tenía que esperar una semana a que los analgésicos hicieran efecto y que era sólo estrés. Por ser una cultura distinta y por las barreras del lenguage ella aceptó esperando que se pasara pronto, pero sólo empeoró. Dolor de cabeza que sentía que explotaba, vómitos, sonido fuerte como alguien afilando un cuchillo en su oreja izquierda y visión doble, ya sin poder aguantar más, como pudo fue a urgencias dónde le hicieron exámenes, un TAC, radiografías y TAC con contraste, y encontraron que tenía un trombo cerebral masivo desde la yugular derecha, el seno sigmoides y el seno transverso, causado por las pastillas diane 35 según dijo el doctor en urgencias.
Se supone que tendrían que haber dejado a mi hermana hospitalizada para poder hacer examenes correspondientes y saber qué anticoagulante y en qué dosis sería la más adecuada para ella, pero por su situación económica la mandaron de vuelta a su hogar con la mitad de la dosis recomendada para evitar que pueda tener una hemorragia.

Los días han sido difíciles para todos como familia y para mi hermana por sobretodo al tener que enfrentar todo ésto sola en un país distinto. Nosotros por nuestra parte no podemos viajar al tener Japón las fronteras cerradas y por nuestra situación económica.
El tiempo ha pasado (2 meses) y la vida en Japón es difícil y costosa, los ahorros de mi hermana ya se están acabando, aún debiendo pagar por la deuda de urgencia y por pastillas cada mes (y que deberán ser de porvida), ya que desde que tuvo su problema no ha podido trabajar, físicamente le es imposible hacer muchas cosas que serían normales para nosotros. También el doctor ha recomendado que por el momento no puede viajar en avión. Es por todo ésto que estamos desesperados como familia y pedimos ayuda para poder costear el hospital, los controles y su medicamento por el tiempo que ella no pueda trabajar y que no pueda regresar. También para que cuando sea posible poder costear los pasajes inflados para poder regresar a casa con su familia
