Hello , I had a attack in December 2018, I have not been able to work since then. I have had heart surgery in July 2019 and became quite ill after my op with an infection. The doctors also found my kidneys were failing. I am now on dialysis which by now, I thought I would be back at work
I have had to stop using my car as i could not afford to run it, I would like to go away for a week in the UK as i definitely would not be able to take my dialysis stuff with me.
Please can anyone help to get away for a while
