Campaign Story
This is a request to raise funds for my daughter Awande to participate to the hockey tour to Netherlands. Awande is 17 years old and is currently doing her matric at Danville Park Girls High School in the Province of KwaZulu Natal. She is so passionate about sport mainly hockey. She has participated in the school hockey and has been selected to play at a Provincial level representing KZN Province. She is currently the school hockey captain. She has received various school sports awards.
Recently she has participated in National All Girls festival held from 27 to 30 April 2018. She was then selected as one of the top 32 performing hockey players out of 280 players from all the participating Provinces.
The selected players will have the opportunity to travel to Netherlands from 28 November to 07 December 2018. I would love my daughter to be part of the tour as she will be exposed not only on sport essence but also to the prospective opportunities as her future ambitions are around sport. Hence my request for funding for this.
