Autoimmune Encephalitis

Good Morning. I'm Mariel and I would like to raise a fund for a friend. She is Jogene Guinoo, 45 years old a PWD patient. Last February 23,2019 Jogene was admitted and was diagnosed with COMMUNITY ACQUURED PNEUMONIA. During that day CBC , ECG, and Xray was immediately performed. We found out that her Hemoglobin was only 1.87(the normal range for female is 11-12), She also had an inflammatory process of her both lungs and Cardiomegally. Medical attention was given to her right away. Two days passed her doctor ordered for 2D ECHO and found out she has an enlargment of the posterior part of her heart. She also had Rectal Ultrasound and found out she has MAYOMA. While the result of her Ultrasound for whole abdomen was found out she has gallstones. Week passed, her medication contiues. She was reffered to a surgeon and to an OB-GYNE in the hospital were she was admitted. The doctors said first we need to comply a clearance from her IM doctors before she undergone her operations for her MAYOMA AND GALLSTONES. She was transfused 7bags of RBC. We thought all is well and the patient responded to her medications but on the 9th day of her hospitalization and Medications the patient suddenly had a seizure several times for 4 mins. duration. Right then she had a CT-SCAN and other laboratories. The CT SCAN RESULT said she has brain inflamation. So the IM doctors told us once she had another seizure on the following day she needs to be transported in a bigger hospital where she needs to have an EEG and to consult for a Neurologist regarding her situation. The family prayed and hoped at that time that she will get better and surprisingly the next day she was fine as if she didn't had a seizure. The medications continued until on her 4th week in the hospital she had a seizure again. So Her IM doctors referred us to the bigger hospital and the family decided to bring the patient in VICENTE SOTTO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL in Cebu City. We arrived in sotto 4 am of March 24,2019 and admitted as well.. But while we were in the ER the patient had a nervous breakdown due to the environment since she had a mental disability. So we decided to sign a waiver to check out the patient in that hospital. And we consulted a Neurologist and was admitted again in a different hospital. The patient was diagnosed of Autoimmune Encephalitis and is still admitted in the UCMed- Cebu City. The family and I wants to ask for help to raise a funds for her Medical Treatment(medicines and laboratories) and also for the hospital bill which gets bigger everyday. As of the April 22,2019our hospital bill is 134,000 pesos with pending laboratories.
