I am a single 30 year old mom living in Cebu. I have a daughter with Autism I care for 24/7.
I receive about 10,000 peso's a month as support, but was unable to continue
to pay for my Phil Health insurance. With food, diapers and medicine costs I can get by.
My daughter has pneumonia for the past 3 days.
The government hospital Vicente Sotto Memorial Center is full and could not
admit her without a 5000 php deposit. Without funds, I can not take her to a
private or other hospital.
I don't have any family members that can help me.
