WHAT IS HAPPENING:

At this time, countries worldwide are not mitigating the crisis that is approaching with the autism pandemic. The few structures, tools, and developments for this population have generated major economic crises such as the retirement of business, parents to dedicate themselves to them and therefore, stop becoming and not pay taxes; Schools do not have an intellectual age for this population, which means that they pass it from grade to grade not teaching them to write, read, or speak properly or what is worse, in 2025, all countries worldwide by not having tempered this, they will find themselves in front of a population of young entrepreneurs that, usually, is 45% or more of the population.

Due to the condition of autism, we will be facing a business class of 20-22% greatly collapsing the economy and having to depend on foreign talent. The worst crisis of non-services is found in the family nucleus, people (human) who wear themselves out while living, and at the same time have to work to pay for expensive treatments, training, and therapies for this population where the government only intervenes with a 3%, for total abandonment and poor non-action.

It is the parents who daily lead 89.5% of the schools, colleges, and other tools that are provided to this population, however, these companies and these parents do not temper this structure to independent life. It is understood that once these parents have died and due to the poor or non-action of the government, these individuals will face other collapses such as being ambulant, discrimination, being misinterpreted for their actions, and therefore, they end up in prisons, etc.

This is empowering a legion of parents at a universal level that at this moment makeup approximately 1.2 million families who will be taking action against governments for the discrimination and abandonment of this population.

With all of the above and knowing that we must take action in favor of society, from different parts of the world, that is why Autism Paradise, together with other foundations, is preparing o to create cities, centers, care, and housing for this population that so much it needs it, and thus be able to avoid the crisis that is approaching during the next decades.

In this great struggle and having the difficulty to be able to pay the world a dignified life for this population, Autism Paradise’s priority is to create large centers where the environment, structure, opportunities, and homes can coexist for when these people no longer enjoy the care and attention from their loved ones.

PHASE ONE: SOWING FOR AUTISM

Starting with the Dominican Republic, Orlando Fl, and Puerto Rico, this first stage will be created with the purchase of land and houses where the pilot project can be started where will host in Latin America, The Caribbean, and the United States within the first 3 years, approximately Ten Thousand families around the world.

The services provided within the co-housing will be:

HOUSING:

Sowing for Autism consists of taking the advantage of properties that are no longer in use and have the right conditions to develop a proper housing and living environment for families with relatives diagnosed with ASD. The first stage will be created with the purchase of land and houses where a pilot project can be started that will host in Latin America, the Caribbean, and the United States within the first 3 years, approximately, 10 thousand young people and helps 10 thousand families around the world.

These schools sites will have their due land to create gardens, etc; In the Dominican Republic, a 300-acre mansion will be set up in Bonao where the project will be developed, which is highlighting these young people in agriculture and in food processing and performance; In Orlando, will begin to develop with the private help of donations, parents, the development of a home building, training and independent living.

MEDICAL ATTENTION

Proper care for somebody diagnosed with ASD comes with complete medical attention on which not only the special needs of the individual's health will be taken care of but as well a complete program of exercise and therapy aiming to top quality on the individual's health. Therefore, a 24-hour dispensary and infirmary will be developed on each housing site. Medications will be provided individually regarding the condition which will be handled by the legal guardian or parent and supervised by our professionals.

NUTRITION DESIGN

Nutrition design is imperative to be among the topics at the time to upgrade an individual's lifestyle. On each housing site, a nutritionist will be in charge of providing a nutrition plan custom to each resident diagnosed with ASD or Alzheimer's

INDEPENDENT LIVING

Each one of us enjoys in our adulthood the freedom of doing as we pleased. Autism Paradise aims to build an environment where our citizens with a diagnostic of ASD, up to their capabilities, can receive and experience an independent living habitat. Based on each one's condition and level of ASD, along with a financial structure, proper education, and training, is our goal to present the tools and knowledge for our citizens, at their level of consciousness, be able to have a responsibility, a job, a task that will fulfill that feeling of being productive with your own hands, and feel more integrated as part of the community.

People with ASD have high annual skills and good memory. That brings the possibility of receive agriculture training in order for them to harvest their own produce, providing such independent life and how to sustain themselves.

FINANCIAL EDUCATION

One very important aspect of this foundation is the need and awareness of having a stable, secure, and programmed financial status for each of these families and individuals. The aid for these type of condition is limited to a certain age, leaving such task in the hands of a parent or legal guardian, that up to this point, it has placed all the effort, health, energy, love, and budget looking for the best interest of the individual, and sometimes, most of the time, space to consider what will happen when I'm gone, is not considered.

Autism Paradise is prepared with the task of a complete system of consults to provide a custom special needs financial planning to each family, based on the economic reality of them, with the goal of eventually manage and sponsored completely each financial plan built for the citizens of the housing sites which will ensure and guarantee the living needs given to the individual once the parent or legal guardian is absent.

PROPER EDUCATION

A big concern for us is that our kids with ASD are not getting the proper education or better explained, the lack of an education system tailored to their needs. Autism Paradise will implement an education system within the housing sites where such needs will become a complement of what they are currently receiving. As part of our goal to build a complete structure in each one of our individuals, proper education is a complete priority. Within the next phases of the project, a complete integration within the music and visual arts will be developed in order to seek talent that will send them to an independent life.

BENEFITS

-These homes will be available while the person lives, that is, their whole life, for those people with the condition who do not have guardians, parents, or family.

-These homes will be for mothers/fathers with one or more young people with autism, this means that the family will be able to move within the structure of the city and in turn, perform a job for the center where they can be with their family member while being a help to develop these skills. For this, the cost of food, housing, water, electricity, and medical services will be covered.

-These homes will be available temporarily after the family or the person with the condition can achieve the goals of the skills indicated and to be able to perform as a worker or entrepreneur.

-The parents or relatives will have life insurance for the benefit of the center. This means that this insurance will be available from the time families enter the center so that when the parents or guardians are absent, the person with the condition can continue using the services even when there is no compensation from the parents.

-These centers will have three sections.

Section 1; Regular housing with proper training.

Section 2; When they are already in the process of being an independent person, they will go on to live in a singular way in bedrooms.

Section 3; For those who, in addition to the condition, present other types of alternate conditions where they need intensive medical care. At this level, people with other conditions such as Alzheimer's, who do not have families, guardians, or persons in charge, will be also served.

The Governors will be those companies and individuals that make a commitment for a year or more. That means that the governors will be part of our social board. With this commitment, they will have the option of overseeing, and give their opinion on our development, and plans. To become a business donator, a monthly donation of $500 will be established.
