Autism for music

This is my dream.

My nephew is diagnosed with autism and does not communicate well with others. He reacts to his surroundings as he has learned from my sister (I changed the picture as they did not want to be recognised. Also, forgive my poor english),

Too much noise or chaos around my nephew causes him to shut down.

In many ways he can live a normal life, but socially he has difficulties interacting with others.

This is where you come in...

He loves music! Music is the one thing he has that connects him with others. He has his computer but it does not let him experience the joy he gets from playing an instrument with someone, or performing a song he has learned! He has talent, but intruments are too expensive for us.

My dream is to help my sister with enough money to buy my nephew a proper keyboard and some recording equipment. Anything you can give them is a great help and would make him very happy, as well as giving him a whole new way of reaching out into "our" world!
