Campaign Story
Our son Noah, age 8 is Autistic and lives with us, his Brother & Sister and pet hamster Oreo in East Lothian, Scotland.
Noah unfortunately suffers with serve anxiety which can prevent him from enjoying life and socialising with friends. To allow Noah to lead an independent life with less loneliness we have found him the perfect companion, an Autism Assistance Dog, Jake
With the support of The Waggy Dog Project Jake will be a fully trained Autism Assistance Dog within 18 months.
The breakdown of costs will be;
£900 to purchase puppy with relevant health checks.
£390 Weekly training (x78 weeks @£5)
£1800 Monthly All Day Deep Dive Sessions (x18 months @£100)
£500 (3100 each for Kennel Club and £300 for Assistance Dog)
£150 One Off Registration Fee
We hope to raise this money by running various local fundraising events to help with the costs of training an Autism assistance Dog.
