Bushfires and long-term drought are ravaging our beloved country, estimations are that over 1 billion animals have perished from fires alone, many more when the effects of the drought are considered.
Taronga is responding to this emergency helping save wildlife from the devastation of these bushfires and droughts by providing emergency shelter, medical care and rehabilitation for koalas, platypus, wallabies, bats and critically endangered frogs and fish. Taronga’s vets and vet nurses have been deployed into the field to work in emergency wildlife care centres.
Please donate urgently today to help give our animals a fighting chance.
Your support is amazing! With your donations, Taronga is now able to help not only Koalas, but a range of vulnerable and endangered Australian animals, such as platypus, frogs and flying foxes.Watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0nOVv_uAYE…
