At my 20 weeks ultrasound we discovered that our baby boy had clubfeet. He began his clubfoot journey 5 days old with casts that were changed every week we did that for 9 weeks but had problems with casts slipping. We then did the tenotomy surgery and another set of casts for 3 weeks. After all that his feet were supposed to be well on their way being "normal looking" and we started boots and bars wearing them 23h per day.....

However his feet turned out to be a difficult case of clubfoot, called atypical clubfoot and are not fully fixed. We live in Iceland and there is only one doctor in the country that treats clubfoot. Being a difficult case we have gotten in touch with a doctor in the US that specializes in atypical clubfoot. He is positive that he can fix the problem and our son can have a normal functioning feet.

We have to travel overseas and stay for a couple of weeks while being treated. We are trying to raise monney to cover treatment and travel costs. Thank you!
