Attorney’s costs in children custody case

Some three years ago my ex-wife left me without any explanation or a hint that would happen. Before that we never had any particular problems in marriage, not to mention any possible violence or something like that. She took our two boys with her. Ba the court's decision, she was given the custody, as Bosnia and Herzegovina's Family Law does not foresee joint/shared custody. I am extremely attached to my sons, now 10 and eight years old, and they are so attached to me. They already expressed the wish they want to live with their father, with me, and gave statements on problems they are facing with their mother and her mother, their grandmother, but the slow and inefficient system in Bosnia and Herzegovina is doing nothing to change that, to help children, all in line with the UN Charter on Children's Rights. Therefore I am trying to collect money to cover lawyer's cost, to try to do something for my children. So far I was using my own resources, but years of legal procedures left me without enough money to continue to fight for my kids.
