attorney for my son

my son has been placed in a foster home since birth and after a long struggle, I finally got him home, but now I have a son who has been neglected by the foster family when I got him home, he had almost no clothing, toy or blanket or pillow, I have even had to pay for a bed and clothes, which I think they should have paid to him, the foster family has just been allowed to do whatever they pleased without having to be accountable for what they have offered my son in 3 years and he has to learn alot, a 3 year old should be able to feed himself, get dressed, he has difficulty speaking, his motor skills are very poor and now I stand alone and can not get help, I've tried to talk to the local authority about it but they do not want to do anything I would like that the state will pay for the damage they have caused to my son and give him the best opportunities and the right help that I can only give him if I find something, kindergarten do not have time to help him when there are other children and want only the best for my son and for his future, but such costs money and I can not get help to that and a lawyer is expensive and it's going to take a long time, so I ask for help to help my son that he gets much out of his life in the best possible way
